Park City Mountain Resort is known for having some of the best snow conditions in the world. The resort is located in the center of Park City, only 37 miles from the Salt Lake International airport, and is perfect for skiers and snowboarders alike.
Resort Information
As Utah's largest ski area, both in terms of skiable acreage and lift capacity, Park City Mountain Resort offers terrain to please every ability level and taste. Night skiing is offered seven nights a week on Payday, the longest lighted run in the Rockies, as well as on First Time, a special area just for beginners.

Lessons
Park City Mountain Resort provides lessons for all skill levels and learning interests with training by highly qualified instructors. Park City Mountain Resort offers group lessons as well as private lessons to work on specific needs and goals. For children, the Kids Mountain School provides a fun and safe learning environment.
Resort History
Opening in December, 1963 with 18 miles of skiable terrain, Park City Mountain Resort was once known as Treasure Mountain. As time has gone by, the name has been changed, new runs cut, and millions of dollars of improvements made making the resort what it is today. Park City Mountain Resort hosted the snowboard events and the men’s and women’s giant alpine slalom events in the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
