Three Kings is comprised of 9 buildings and offers an onsite check in desk, wireless/internet access in the lobby, meeting/reception room, underground parking, outdoor heated pool and hot tub and indoor sauna. The Three Kings pool/spa/front desk area is seasonally open daily from 4pm9pm however, hours may vary. The pool/spa area and front desk is open during peak ski season and peak summer the pool/spa area and front desk is closed during spring and fall. Three Kings condominiums are conveniently located on Park Citys free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Dining room/living room and kitchen area with half bath downstairs, upstairs is an open loft bedroom and full bath. The bedding could be either twins, queen, or king.
